Blanchisserie du Léman SA is a key player in the industrial laundry sector in French-speaking Switzerland. Founded in 2011 by 4 partners, Blanchisserie du Léman SA is now active throughout French-speaking Switzerland with leading customers in the healthcare, hotel and catering sectors, and relies on a structured organisation and a team of almost 100 employees.
BDL Développement SAS is a leading player in France in the care of linen and personal clothing for nursing home residents. The company has acquired over a century of solid experience thanks to the fifth and sixth generations of this family history. Bulle de Linge offers a complete outsourcing service for the care of residents’ linen in its 12 production units, which handle more than 60,000 residents in 800 establishments every day.
Thanks to this transaction, Blanchisserie du Léman SA and its employees will be able to benefit from the support of a major industrial player in the field of industrial laundries as it continues to develop its activities in Switzerland. The acquisition will also enable BDL Développement SAS to enter the Swiss market with the support of a recognised player in its field.
Dimension SA acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Blanchisserie du Léman SA in conducting a structured and competitive sale process involving strategic and financial acquirers, both Swiss and international.
